Justice for the Voiceless Minor

At Justice for the Voiceless Minor, we stand up for the vulnerable because every voice deserves to be heard and every life deserves hope.

As a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we protect those who cannot speak for themselves—especially young children who are victims of crime and too young or developmentally unable to share their testimony, as well as seniors, single mothers, and people with disabilities across the United States.

We place special emphasis on individuals with disabilities, who often face greater vulnerability to abuse and greater barriers to justice. We step in with specialized advocacy, legal assistance, and compassionate support so they can reclaim their dignity, independence, and hope.

Through our programs, we provide critical legal fees, therapeutic care, emergency aid, mentoring, and resources to abused children and disabled individuals who have no one else fighting for them. We stand with these families when they need us most—restoring safety, dignity, and healing.
